CBIS provides dormitory that are perfect for international students to start their lives in Thailand . The dorms are located on or near CBIS Campus making for a very convenient commute.
For international students who do wish to live in our dormitories, the CBIS Administrative Office will introduce local English & Chinese-speaking staffs who can help international students for pick-up service and find a place to live.
NOTE:
Service of dormitory designed for two students in each room with two set of beds and study desks in each room

Students must have health insurance cover duration living in Thailand.

Students have 6 semesters for Master degree and 9 semesters for Doctorate degree to stay in a provided room in any dormitory for a specific rent rate per month.
A security deposit of THB 10,600 per person* is required upon arrival (by cash) and will be deducted in case of cleaning and damage charge to the room, amount after deducted will be returned to person who paid.
The students are responsible to pay monthly utility bills ( water & electricity etc.)
Airport pick-up service is available for the first-time student who visiting to Thailand. The operation has scheduled on the 2 nd & 4th Wednesday of every month between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Student must prepare the following information for CBIS’s staff
– Copy of Passport file
– Itinerary of the trip
– Please let us know your medical condition or congenital disease (if any)
****The services could not be turned/exchange/correct as for any others asset or rights. The services are for students who named in the registration database only.
*****The pick-up service at the airport, CBIS has scheduled on the second Wednesday of every month.
Students must return the room key when leaving the dormitory more than two weeks.

Dormitory Regulation
Students staying at the dormitory must acknowledge and strictly comply with all dormitory rules.
In case of warning more than 2 times, you will be fired from the dormitory
Do not commit offenses relating to life, body and liberty or cause controversy inside the dormitory or in the
dormitory area.
Keep good behavior and do not disturb/nuisance others.
Do not cause disturbances inside the dormitory or in the dormitory area.
Do not organize any activities inside a dormitory or dormitory area without permission.
Using or possession of any liquor, intoxicants or narcotics inside the dormitory or in the dormitory area is prohibited.
Possession of unlawful objects inside the dormitory or in the dormitory area is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside the dormitory.
Do not bring others into the dormitory without permission.
Do not bring any type of electrical appliance into the dormitory without permission.
Do not cook in the dormitory without permission.
Do not commit any offense related to property, such as burglary, embezzlement, defrauding property belonging to others or to the university etc.
Do not enter another person’s room without permission.
Do not record, possess or publish any type of pornography.
Do not post any documents or posters inside the dormitory or in the dormitory area without permission.
Do not make loud noises or do anything that disturbs others.
Do not remove materials, furniture, or appliances from the dormitory room.
Do not do anything that may cause damage to the dormitory or to the property of the dormitory.
Keeping pets and feeding animals inside the dormitory or in the dormitory area are prohibited.
Do not violate the orders of university staff on duty, nor the orders and announcements of the university.
Do not perform any sexual acts in the dormitory or in dormitory area.
Do not picture or nail sticker inside the dorm room
In any case, the room was damaged by a male tenant must rent. Let’s apartment the tenant must pay damages or maintenance yourself
In the payment of utility bills and others more than 10 days since the invoice is issued, Lessors can suspend water and electricity
Note: In the event of property damage or loss of rent due to the. Lease do not follow the rules of the hostel dormitory is not liable to pay any compensation
Check-out
– Inform the date of leaving the dormitory.
– Before returning to your home country, please pack your luggage in advance and put it in the room designated by the office, clean the dormitory, check the room facilities and pay the utility bills for the month.
– The staff will check the room if there is damage and will be subject to a fine in case of damaged room.
– Day out of the dormitory , please return the keys to the staff.
* Please inform the office staff one week in advance of your next entry so that accommodation can be arranged.
